When I approached Shari at the Gateway with an unconventional idea for my wedding (No flowers, only greenery. Also, I would be providing the vintage brass and glass vases- all different shapes and sizes.) she took the job on with almost as much enthusiasm as I had. The first time I saw my bouquet, I almost cried -tears of joy of course! it was beyond what I could've imagined. She also found the perfect greens to go in each oddly-sized centerpiece, and made it all work so beautifully. My crown of greens was just gorgeous, too. I was blown away by her creativity and the overall service she provided, including all the setup and dropping off bouquets at my parents' house. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I discovered the gateway a few years ago when I needed to send flowers to a very dear friend on her birthday. Since I haven't lived in Michigan in many years I was making a guess when searching for a local florist. I found the gateway was very near where my friend lives. So I went ahead and ordered. The designer created a stunning fresh cut flower arrangement. My friend was so surprised and absolutely loved her flowers. I've since used their wonderful service multiple times for a variety of occasions. Sadly, most recently, a classmate and friend passed away. Shari at the gateway handled my request for a uniquely beautiful flower arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home for the family. The arrangement was truly perfect and the care Shari and the staff took in making sure all went well was over and above. Thank you Shari and the gateway.

Have a good friend in Michigan, she had surgery and needed a cheering up get well gift, I live in Naples Florida so I called the Gateway to order flowers. They were over the top beautiful. I was so pleased, she loved them. It's always so hard to be in one place in order flowers in another, definitely would be doing business with them again

What a lovely store, inside and out! They have a nice curated selection of everything from chocolates to clothing and a beautiful space full of garden finds, too. Thanks to The Gateway for supporting our public schools here in Clarkston.

I love the Gateway! They have an awesome clothing boutique, amazing floral designers, custom hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, not to mention all the other custom work on signs, cutting boards, glass, etc. Their friendly staff will also help you feed your backyard birds with their amazing custom blends of bird seed. A very fun store!!

We love the Gateway for beautiful gifts as well as custom made items. Our event uses Todd to create all of our awards (over 200) each year. The Gateway also donates to our school fundraisers and supports the community. Every staff member is friendly and greets us as we walk in. The store itself is well organized and welcoming. You should feel the sun shining its warmth into the back room. Highly recommend.
